So in the episode "I Was A Brainy Weresmurf", Brainy does eventually get cured by the end of the episode, yet he continues to howl (very well tbh XD)

Well I hc that certain traits still linger on - he doesn't turn into a Weresmurf at the full moon since the silver wreath was placed on his neck in time, but due to it having time to cause a couple of transformations it had some lasting 'wolfish' effects - for Brainy mostly being able to howl, communicate well with wolves and enjoying meat slightly more than he did before. Other than those it's had no serious long lasting effects.

When Precocious was delivered and started growing up, Brainy and Gutsy soon noticed a couple of strange symptoms in their little smurfling - Precocious had slightly sharper canines than most of his fellows, seemingly better hearing, and would often sneak around at night as easily as if it were the day. Slightly concerned, Brainy and Gutsy consulted Papa Smurf who said it was possible for the lasting Weresmurf affects to have altered Precocious even though he had not been directly affected by the Moonflower, because the magical properties still altered Brainy's physical makeup.

Apart from that, Precocious is also a fairly normal Smurf. He also has a canine keen sense of smell, something he and Rover share (although Rover's comes directly from his father Tracker and is still slightly better than Precocious') He doesn't tend to howl like Brainy though and wolf communication is so-so.

None of the other ng's really know about or notice these features, and Precocious won't transform either.
