I've given a look at your gallery, seems that you have tried something new if compared to your other paintings; it doesn't hurt to change a bit, um? Overall, I've liked your painting, but there are a few points needing improvement.
First of all, as much as you've tried to use a painterly style, the strokes on the muffins don't make them look like muffins; maybe you could try to place more details on them? They would look better :3 Also, on the hooves, I think that you could use less white highlights, they look a bit too metallic in comparison to the other portions of Derpy's body (I'm not saying that you should eliminate those highlights; just shrink them a bit)
You've used the colors on quite a nice way: your painting looks vivid and appealing, and it also has a fair share of cuteness. That painterly style also adds helps making the painting beautiful in it's own way.
Overall (I use that word a lot xD), other than a few points, your painting looks nice; good luck with the next ones!
