Wow, content is REAL sparse, ain't it? Got myself a fulltime job, so I need to break my body in a bit more, rather than coming home and just oozing...

...a bit like what Rayas is doing in one of these sequences!

So where do I begin? Rayas is one of the lead protagonists in my upcoming fantasy narrative, which takes all of my goofy and wacky creatures and characters from my middle school years and brings them up to speed with everything I've learned about storytelling and character design up to this point!

A big thing about the story was it involved traveling to different worlds, and the world would have this magic influence that eventually turns someone of an offworld species into what they would be on a given world. So far, it's been all hearsay, but I wanted to put out just a little bit of somethin' to give folks an idea of what the creature designs will be like.

I started this project traditionally, and moved on to digitize it. I kept the pencil markings in the background since I kinda like how it turned out in contrast with the outlines, but I may remove them at a later date.

So yeah, pretty bare bones right now, but even just this took me a hot minute. I liked the core concept too much to drop it, and it does stay faithful to the character's original design! I just never got around to drawing anything like this with my distracted middle school brain.
