"Uhm... Discord? If it's ok with you, I uhm... I have a favour to ask. Could you please become friends with Twilight? See... She's an alicorn now and uhm... I think it'd be nice if she could have a friend who she knew would uhm.... always be with her, no matter how many years go by. ...You know... If that's ok with you....."I like to think when he's not getting into Mischief, Discord likes spending some quiet time with his 1 and only friend.
Consider this my contribution to the "Twilight is now Immortal but her friends are not" trend. A little less morbid than the other ones out there perhaps XD
My headcanon is that Discord only likes Fluttershy and isn't friends with any other of the mane six and doesn't even get along with them very well. He is not enjoying this conversation... for multiple reasons.

Incredibly charming style to this picture, and a very touching premise to go along with it. Fluttershy doubtless has a lot of experience with mortality through caring for animals, but Discord probably doesn't want to spend much time thinking how his only friend will age and die in a relatively short amount of time.

After Rainbow Dash, I think that Twilight is the one who hates Discord more. Dash has a tough personality against people she doesnΒ΄t like, but Twilight is the one who suffered more. Discord didnΒ΄t hypnotize her, her spirit was broken after she realized that her friends wouldnΒ΄t be there anymore. During the episode, we saw that Fluttershy was the only one who gave him a chance. I though that Pinkie would be kind to him, but she didnΒ΄t. Great pic by the way. The concept is really good and I love DiscordΒ΄s expression.

It's fairly obvious that Discord is a mishmash of several different species, but this is the first time I've seen someone really capitalize on that. The lizard claw grip, the paw and hoof dangling off, the snakelike curl around the branch, the dragontail hammock, and the eagle claw hand all fit together really well in how you've positioned him.
