Shady is a hot mess XDD and we love her.Shady, unlike Glory, has a very well defined character as she is one of the main ponies in the original movie (as well as the TV series).
Shady has little to no self esteem. She's clumsy, kinda whiny and considered (at least by Gusty) to be a jinx. Due to things often going wrong around her she thinks of herself as being kind of a failure and tends to be down on herself a lot. But she's not a coward and despite things not going right for her very often, she still tries her best and wants to be part of the group and help in any way she can. it just tends to blow up in her face a lot.
Gusty doesn't like her that much and often makes fun of her for being a disaster magnet.

X3 I got her for like $2 and her flocking is still perfect! I'm super in love with her, haha! At Comic Con this year I'll see if I can find a Gusty or another SS or TE pony. I don't own ANY TE ponies and this makes me pretty sad.

I see fluttershy would get along with shady, for an earth pony she not very good at jumping, similar to fluttershy not very good at flying
