Look at these twerps.I actually had a very slightly different expression on Billy, but somehow it actually made him look a little OOC. So I went with this one instead.
Once again, guitar referenced from the googles.
I think it's a compliment to a show when you see a character with his hair and skin coloured normally and your gut reaction is "NO! IT'S WEIRD! WHY ISN'T HE BLUE??!"
Teenaged Billy looks like a member of One Direction or something @__@
