I drew it... but I don't like it
Halfway through the picture I realised it wasn't working, so I merely finished it off just to keep my hand busy but I'm not gonna do anything else with it. So Scribbly messy sketch it is! despite... taking up a whole page of my BIG sketchbook .___. oh well
I had to use the school's scanner because my home scanner is too small to handle my bigger sketchbook, so it was scanned in grayscale. I made it blue in photoshop just to make it less boring
Aaaaaaanyway. Fail Mushy fail.

Now that's funny, but I don't think it's mushy.
It gives totally the "rabbit-feeling" for me...
I mean..it is only as much "mushy" as much two cuddling furry animals are. Sometimes I do have the feeling that furry animals are just sin to be that cute, but they ARE anyways... XD
Besides I sense much comfort from it.
Hard to explain..but... In front of my eyes only scared animals cuddles this tight...and it ereases the feel of usual "cuteness-demage".
Bah I failed to explain. The main thing is that I don't feel it sappy because of the strong need of other's presence is almost painfully shown on the picture.
Or sth..I give up on words for now. >,<

It makes me very happy to hear because that's the emotion I was trying to capture! 
In my fic it has been such a long time that Usagi and Jotaro have been separated and I wanted to draw a picture of them together. I didn't mean for it to be part of the story, but somehow the desperateness to be together still came across. This makes me sort of happy.
I will probably try drawing this picture again and do it better. Usagi and Jotaro deserve some happiness with each other

Now thats what I like to see. Usagi finally having some love for his son. I can't believe that he left the poor kid, his own flesh and blood. And now here they are. How they were meant to be. Thats really sweet. I hope you redraw this as it would be a sweet scene, maybe some light tears from Usagi as he realises he loves his son and he starts to be a father.

You can't judge until you've read the story! D'8 Usagi LOVES Jotaro with every fibre of his being! The only reason he left was because Mariko told him to because she didn't want to hurt Jotaro.

I know Usagi loves Jotaro but what I was saying is that when he can be the father he wants to be to his son. The way I see it is that poor Jotaro will be hurt either way, but hiding the truth from him until his grown might make it a bit worse. And Poor Usagi has had such a rough life and now his own son is being denied him. Thats just not fair. I only hope that when Jotaro is older he will seek Usagi out and then Usagi can finally have what is rightfully his. A strong son to be proud of. It's not right that a father be seperated from his son.
I look forward to it. Usagi really deserves a pic like that.

Well, I'm not sure what kind of fail you're talking about exactly because I think you are doing an excellent job with this sketch. Jotaro and Usagi NEED luff.
I demand for this reunion to occur in "Wild Animals"!!!
I'm joking. But not really............ I digress.
I could be snooty and agree that some anatomical anomolies have occurred mostly in the arm and hand areas but that's only because I have near-sightedness. A lot of this picture made a LOT more sense when I could see that it wasn't all blue circles XD Again, I digress.
Wonderful picture, C-Puff. I adore your style though, if you will allow, I'll make one critique: your noses and muzzles still feel a little sharp to me in comparison to the rest of the style which is rounded and flowing. But I'm not so sure because I'm not as, uh, knowledgable in my artistic areas XD;;

XDD it's the arms which made it fail. That and the whole picture just felt awkward to me. It looks ok as a sketch but I knew if I inked it the mistakes were just gonna become super obvious. But yeah, the anatomy on the arms is all kinds of screwed up
I'm not sure if Usagi's muzzle looks sharp because the 'shave' lines are still visible when I rounded the point, but if that's not it then I don't really know what to do 8( You're not the first person to point out I draw my muzzles a little pointed, but at the same time when I round them out I don't like the way they look 
As for this scene being in the fic.... welll.... hmm.... what to say without giving the story away?
XD I dunno how to word it. You'll just have to wait, although I will say I really hope the events allow for this reunion to take place.
And YES! usagi and Jotaro NEED Luff! Hence the whole reason I drew this picture XDDD I'll probably do another attempt soon because I myself really want these two reunited

Hmm, the shave lines could be what I was seeing (like I said, I've got poor eyesight and blue sketches have always messed with me - my doctor refuses to give me glasses, though XD) But, I dunno.
I suppose what I was trying to say was that the top of the muzzle seems to come rather sharply off of the face. The line connectiong the face to the nose, I mean. Usually animals with longer muzzles like dogs and foxes require these defined muzzles. Rabbits and cats usually have smaller muzzles - Um, this is really hard for me to describe in words.
And I'm sounding either like someone with a bad morning or just haughty in general but I promise you these are just little tips

I guess you could say it's just my dern stubbornness in refusing to draw Usagi as a typical anthro character. I don't want him to look like a typical dA Anthro character, I don't want him to look like an animu... thing, and I don't want him to look Disney.

Hmm, I see your delimma but I don't really know what to tell ya as far as dealing with it is.
Haha, see, I'm not very concerned with my drawings and compare myself to other styles because I am not attempting to go into a line of work requiring it so I don't really ever feel the "I don't want to be like theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeem~" feeling too often.
In that respect, I do know what you mean. Personally I like less defined snouts on my "fun" anthro characters like Nova and a few others in my posession. As far as Usagi is concerned, though, he is a rabbit and I guess what I'm suggesting is that you shorten his muzzle some - not to a complete, non-deminsional state, just shortened appropriately.
Again, may I say, I'm just making suggestions. I REALLY don't know what I'm talking about in this area. I was just pointing out a few things

As for the need to be different, it's not really a conciouss "I'm gonna be different!" thing. It's just if I see my art looks too Disney I'll be like "Awww.. that looks waaaay too Disney!" or if it becomes too anime I do the same thing XD I dunno why, I have nothing against either style, I guess I just wanna be true to myself and how I draw.
