It's possible every single artist on the planet gets it at least once. It's even more possible every single artist on the planet gets it like twice a month.Well, seeing as I'm a constant victim of this I decided to draw it for my portfolio.

Seeing as I was stressing because I felt everything I draw would never be good enough so this fits rather nicely.
And yes, all those blurry sketches were done by me. Hey I don't have to submit EVERYTHING I draw do I?

Doubt does come to me as well, my friend. The thing is, though, that it isn't that I doubt my ability to write, it's just that I doubt that others seem to care for what I do.
I have so many friends here. You are a good friend of mine, as are others that I know. I am someone to so many, yet I am only an artist to very few. I was even told once that writing wasn't considered art.
I work hard to improve myself, as it's hard to find others to help you when you write stories and can't draw. Often, I submit a new piece and wonder if others will even care. Almost 200 people that watch me, a grand total of a least 500 people that may know me, and yet only about 5 or 6 people ever even try to comment on the works that I do.
Am I not good enough for them? Am I writing the wrong thing? People say often that they just don't like reading anymore; are they actually telling me that I'm worthless as an artist because I do something for which they will never care?
Doubt comes often, my friend. All I can really do is continue onwards, writing for the joy of it. If I write to please others, I would hurt more because so few seem to be pleased. If I write for the joy of it, then it's in that joy that I find the confidence to continue.
I apologize for all of this, my friend; I just felt like sharing my feelings on this. Nevertheless, thank you for sharing this picture with us all.

But you're right. One can only draw for one's self because in the end, it's impossible to please every-one. SO in the end the only person one must try and please is yourself. but even that is hard sometimes

Indeed, I know well as to what you mean. It's one reason that it takes me a while to write a story.
I can usually come up with a good poem or story within moments, wanting so much to go ahead and write it out. I wait, though, as I usually find ways to make it better before I bring it forth. So long as I like what I did, I feel that the story was worth the wait.
