My notebook is full, so to celebrate here are the last bunch of sketches I did in it as well as some sketches done in my sketchbook. I'm sorry it's such meager pickings this time, I've been depressed lately so I haven't been drawing very much. I dunno I'm feeling better now though~ hopefully I can get back into the groove again.

Anyway! Here's the breakdown!

1: Miyamoto Usagi! 8D I bought myself a brush pen and was trying it out to see how it works. Usagi seemed a good model as the pen has the potential to look a little like traditional Japanese print art. Next to him it says "Usagi" XDD I wrote it from memory but got it wrong, so I re-wrote it when I double checked it. I cannot write Japanese at all 8D

2: Usagi again, still playing with the brush pen. I actually like this picture a LOT

3: this picture isn't too great and isn't really what I wanted but oh well 8( Leo and Splinter goofing around.

4: XDD oh boy. this one. I was actually trying to plot out a picture I wanted to draw which I never did (I might still do it but I doubt it) I was feeling very melancholic when I drew this.
Mikey lying on the couch being moody. Have you ever held you hand up to a light and checked out which parts go translucant and where the bones are? ....That's what Mikey's doing. It's kinda in conjunction with a story. While in a fight with some of Bishop's men, the one Mikey squares off against starts messing with him:
"Why do you care what we do? You have no obligation to have morals and opinions? You're just an animal. You are neutral. Sure you may use weapons and talk and be able to use complex tools like a human.. but that just means you're smart. An animal with brains... that's all you are."
Mikey gets more and more annoyed by the constant bashing and eventually gecomes so angry that he pins the guy and is ready to beat the living hell out of him. The man grins at him and says "Go ahead. No-one would blame you. No-one could. You can be as vicious as you want and they'd still just call it an "accident". ...Because animals can't murder"
Mikey does not flip out and go apeshit XDD that's Raph's gig, but the conversation really bothers him and he's very troubled and messed up for a long while afterwards. it sounds kinda cheesy but I'm just giving you guys the bare basics. It'd sound much better if I put some thought into how I wrote it.

5: Mikey again. In the snow XD I like snowscenes

6: Usagi hears danger nearby XD I have an obsession with Usagi's ears. I dunno why.

7: Usagi is freaked by something D8

8: also an idea for a proper picture. I'm not gonna elaborate too much. The picture's title would siply have been: "Grandson"

9: Another picture I drew while I was very gloomy. It's Donny... being Gloomy XD his eyes are too big though.

10: Jotaro~ 8'D

11: Mikey again. I don't like this picture 8( drawing their heads from this angle is hard

12: this is a very strange looking picture :\ I drew Mikey's headshape wrong, giving him Raph's jaw instead of the one I usually give Mike. The expression also didn't come out well at all D'X oh well. live and learn

13: Ok. This was me just toying around with the brush-pen. I like drawing these little sillouhettes. I'm not gonna talk about every sngle one I'll just list who they are: first we have Don
