A good part of the fandom has settled on Sans having an ecto-dick, does that make it canon? I'm not saying people can't give Papyrus blasters in their stories, quite the opposite - I like the idea of Papyrus having access to them as well. I'm just saying you can't claim it to be confirmed as canon when it isn't.
