Ha! I was more prepared for Rayman’s birthday, this time!

27 years ago today, Rayman was released on his first game console, the Atari Jaguar.

Also, I really loved playing the new Kirby’s Dream Buffet game, so I drew Kirby treating the birthday-Rayboy to a buffet of his own! The party is quite SSBF-related too, as some Fellowship members, as well as Rayman’s own surviving friends, joined in.

Other things to note is that Toon Link helped with the cake - It was an opportunity to draw part of his Engineer suit from Zelda: Spirit Tracks, because I thought that’d go well with the chef hat.
And the brown Kirby with the burger hat is the one I use in Dream Buffet. X)

So, Birthday Happy, Rayman! No matter what path the game industry takes you, you still have a place in my heart.
