Description
PLEASE FULLVIEW to see all the details.Needs no description. It's up to everybody what she/he sees in this drawing.
A3, black ball-point pen on paper.
EDIT: 27.03.06 finaly i deleted that ugly photo of my drawing an uploaded the scanned version.
There is still a little join mark in the middle of the drawing (i only had an A4 scanner) but now you can see all the details i drew.
Edit (10.07.2012):
This was my first real ball-pen drawing and therefore the cornerstone for all my ball-pen drawings.
My motivation behind using the ball-pen was the same then, as it it now: the high contrasts and the fine lines.
If I remember correctly I started this by drawing the sitting women in the lower left corner.
As with most of my drawing back then this one just started out by drawing something on a sheet of paper without any idea or plan for a whole finished drawing. It just so happened that I didn't stop after the initial figures and just kept drawing (still without any plan) until the paper was full.
Looking back, this seems so strange to me, for I could not start a drawing/painting now without knowing what I want it to look like, knowing the story/message I want to tell with it.
If this is a good or a bad development I can't say, but I like my more thought through drawings/painting more.

This is quite a time ivestment, but the result pays off. Solid handling of a chaotic composition. Good stuff. I like the sense of motion here too.

This reminds me of a drawing someone in my art class did. I was floored at the detail then, and I'm just as floored at yours. Good job, that's fucking amazing.

This picture reminds me of art from old ShadownRun books strangely enough. Very awesome and detailed. Kudos. :3

Smoother dark shading, would be nice, as well as trying to look more into the sharp lines you use, where you could also have used less sharp ones, that would give it a better touch.

thanx, the only disadvantage the many detail have is that you need far to much time.

I see chaos, despair, apocalypse...
it looks like you have your style, which you can paint very well, but it's definately not for masses - if you want to remain a real artist, keep it up, because it's really good but do not expect to be very famous or something (you know what I mean
) ... return of the mighty avantgarde

thanx for your critique. i now, that most of the people won't like...well or let's say most people don't know how to handle my art, but don't be afraid, i won't stop drawing and maybe, after may death i become famous, if not.....who cares!

art should be reflection of what you feel and (dis)like... not what others like

as you correctly said, i'm a big fan of giger....trying to create something own out of gigers style....but anyway, i think it took about..??? ...i don't know how long it took me to draw this, i just know that it took me one and a half ball-point pens

you did a nice job on this. you definitely have that HR Giger feel. one thing you might want to consider is a little unification of the space. at the moment the drawing looks a little too chaotic, don't get me wrong i love chaos, but if you used a repeating element like the pipes it would help bring the piece together and it's composition would be a little stronger. but other than that i think its a great piece.

i know that its chaotic, this happens because i just started drawning without a plan and just drawed some lines so one thing lead to another

i drawed it on the weekends (to much to do in school)
the details would look much better if i had a big enough scanner. It's just a picture, so the quality is not hte best.
but thanx
