Yes, Chara always looks a bit creepy in pixel arts.From left to right: Cheftale Chara, Fusiontale Friska (fusion between Frisk and Chara), Futuretale Chara, Undertale Chara and all other versions where the look's the same, Demitale Chara, Storyshift Chara (switched with Sans), Understuck Chara, and the Chara from The Thought.
Chara is definitely a character that doesn't change much from an AU to another. Even in Underswap, where Chara acts like Frisk, the shape and clothes are the same. So I had to search a bit to find some interesting versions to do.
