Could someone explain core!Frisk to me? I keep on seeing/hearing(more like reading) about them and their AU but I don't know what it's about. Please help. Professor Cuddles out!

I don't know the back story but I know Core Frisk has their own Omega timeline where they take mostly survivors of genocide timelines

so a few years after Chara fell, the second human, who I named Hollen(or Holly) fell down and she basically went crazy, trying to convince herself the monsters were just fake and were not able to harm her and she basically starts hurting them...I don't have her whole story written out but let's say she threw a lot of rocks at Sans' head and he was just a child when it first happened...poor Sans...or Crev...or Eggshell(not my nickname, lol)
Chara was put in a coma...not a really long one but...about a year or so....Asriel never left her(it's a girl in this AU) room....I imagine Asriel told Chara everything that happened to him while she was asleep...yeah my first AU and I don't have every detail worked out(you can find out more in my journal)

Chara was the first fallen human, and they(I think it's a girl but it isn't specified)were adopted by the Dreemurr Family. Chara one day got sick, and told Asriel their last wish was to see the golden flowers of their village, then when Chara died, Asriel, holding their body, fused souls(or something like that) and crossed the barrier, the humans seen Asriel(appearing like he does in boss form)carrying Chara and attacked him. Asriel could have easily killed them, but refused. When he got home, he collapsed and his dust spread across the golden flowers in Asgore and Toriel's thrownΒ room. Chara was taken by Tori ,after she divorced Asgore, to the ruins and buried underneath the flowers at the very beginning of the game. The name you assign "the fallen human" is actually the name of the first fallen human, Chara.
