Some of you have asked to me how I did the Sparkles of Vaporeon in Pokébattle [link]So I have done a tutorial where I tell you how I did it ^^

emule is a program that is used to download watever you want
write "download emule" in Google and download it. install, and download whatever yhou want

you have to download emule from the official emule's web, which you will find in google. When you have installed emule into your computer download Photoshop CS / PhotoshopCS2 / Photoshop CS3 using emule.
