Panel 1:
The Baron is eating.
Baron: Mentat. Come here.
Panel 2:
Piter is looking over at the Baron nervously.
Baron: I have something for you.
Panel 3:
A small pie, a fork, and a napkin on a table.
Baron: It's 'Pi Day,' isn't it? A silly holiday, to be sure. My father used to tell me to bring my tutor a pie every year, all the same.
Panel 4:
The Baron is looking ahead thoughtfully.
Baron: Sometimes I miss the old bastard. He never wanted me to feel smart. But if I said something smart, he'd give me credit for it.
Panel 5:
Piter is holding the small pie.
Baron:He certainly never taunted me like you do, Piter. You don't deserve the honors he was due. But I've been thinking of him today. You'd like to get something out of that, wouldn't you.
Panel 6:
Piter seems like he's going to sit down, but he looks nervous about it.
Baron: O-ho. Look at you. Clever Piter. You are wise to be cautious about eating at my table. But don't you think it would be even more foolish? To refuse a gift?
Panel 7:
They're both sitting at the table. The baron is surrounded by food, and Piter just has the small pie.
Baron: Well, go on! Eat. Do you worry you will challenge me? Oh, Piter. The gulf between us is wider than even you can imagine.
Panel 8:
Piter is at a grocery store picking up a pie, imagining the whole thing.
