Main character Dexter from Showtime's TV show.. Dexter.I just had to get it out of my system, after watching the whole first season in a week. Basically just a sketch I coloured.
No reference! I probably should've though, the pose strikes me as weird... I should've stopped at his shoulders. But whutevah.
Great show! A lot of fun. Look it up!

You just have to define the body a bit more before you trace it. I have the same problem and when I draw someone holding a knife it looks like they're gonna stab themselves.

? No tracing here. This was a quick throwaway sketch, I laid it down, threw in some colour and put it on DA hahaha yeah there are definite issues but at the time I was too lazy to do anything.

Howdy, I've got the final episode of season 2 to watch and I've then watched both series within about 3 weeks and am reading the books. Great artwork, I know what you mean by wanting to get it out of your system. I'm completely obsessed with Dexter. I like the pose, kind of sinister and odd.
