I was trying to use photoshop...do a sort of abstract thing alla speed painting... but then I just went into detail so there goes that idea.Not a true speed paint, but done in one sitting at least.
I have way too much fun with floofy hair.

I love this picture! I wish I could say something in-depth and thought-provoquing about the way the light seems to shine from the picture, and the water-colour effects of the rendering...
But all I come out with is "*squeee*"

Ahh, so *that's* where the sonic screwdriver bit came from. I'd been wondering... (My friends are complete Dr. Who freaks and I always overhear snatches of conversation that make no sense to a non-tv watcher such as myself, lol.)
Silliness aside, really great technique, it looks just like him. The lighting is nifty, too
