I was trying to use photoshop...do a sort of abstract thing alla speed painting... but then I just went into detail so there goes that idea.Not a true speed paint, but done in one sitting at least.
I have way too much fun with floofy hair.

I love the chunkiness of it. And he looks SO FAMILIAR.... but I just cannot place him. Maybe it's because he reminds me of Ralph Fiennes. Maybe?

The new doctor who is pretty easy to turn cartoony I've found ^_^ this is great, I love the water-paint like style this looks and well, I just love all of it!
