I'm not a huge Star Wars nerd like many others. I've seen all the movies, but that's about it. The Last Jedi surprised me a couple of times with twists I didn't see coming and I got answers to some questions I had. It was action-packed and visually impressive and unlike The Force Awakens, it wasn't just a remake of a previous Star Wars movie, like TFA was basically A New Hope 2.0. They tried something new this time, and I appreciate it. That said, I'm not sure if I would say the movie was great or not. It was good entertainment, but I wasn't really left hungry for more and some of the plot twists were somewhat disappointing. Anyway, like I said, I'm not a big Star Wars nerd, so what do I know. I hope you'll get more out of the movie than I did when you go see it.
