I know what you mean. Hopefully they won't get stale, to you.

I used to love taking landscapes from viewpoints on trails, but after a while, no matter how beautiful in person, the photo's started looking the same. I gave up photography for 20 years.

aww, that's a shame. I do get tired of taking the same shots after a while, and I'll sometimes go for weeks without taking a single photo, but the thing I love about animals is they're always doing something that'll surprise you! Or infuriate you...one or the other!
