The short version: Probably around 22$ (100 points per frame)
The long version:
That's really hard to say - I planned on opening commissions for animation, but it's super hard to price. Animations take a ton of work and people on dA (especially winx community) usually can't/don't want to pay enough to make that work pay off, which is why I'm not super tempted to offer them in the first place :'D
If I were to price it for an industry client, I'd charge 45€ per hour I'm working on it (netto, so excluding taxes) which would end up at about 360€ for 8 hours of work I roughly put into an animation like this (some animations take more, some less ofc).
For dA, I'm considering a 100 points per frame ratio (since I have to draw a full picture every time basically). 100 points is too cheap for a fully colored drawing plus editing, but for 22 frames that still adds up to 22$ a dA user would have to pay; most commissioners in the community don't want to pay that, and for me 22$ is not sufficient for 8h of work. So in the end, it doesnt work; neither for me, nor for commissioners :/
