I'm just going to give my opinion here: 350 points for an outfit and wings is too much.

I accept your opinion and you're definitely not forced to buy anything for that price - I can understand that not everyone has 350 points and that's totally fine.
I'm going to try to explain where that price came from, just so you can see my point: 350 for an outfit and wings is actually fairly cheap if you convert it to what it is - about 3.50$. Considering I invested about half an hour per outfit (excluding wings), thats 7$ an hour for outfit creation.
It might sound odd to winx people especially, but charging 60$us and upwards per hour is actually a solid starting price in the industry. Of course the prices also relate to the skill of an artist, but a lot of the time they actually don't. You'll find unexperienced artist who manage to sell their artwork expensively because their marketing or niche is great, you'll find great artist undercharging or not selling properly because their marketing is bad or their style is very specific and unique in a way where people are less likely to use it. What counts is: Do people buy it? If they buy it, the price can't be that much off. Some prices and sales might be un-understandable for others, but as long as the artist finds their niche and their client-base to match their specific style and skill level, they'll sell.
In the end, designs and concepts are usually handled per drawing instead of per time, but calculated based on how they are going to be used (commercials, amount of sendings, size of target group, amount of sendings of episodes etc). Basically, it would be totally okay and not too much to charge my client 50$ for this outside of deviantART. It doesn't even depend on the complexity of the outfit, it depends on what the client needs, and in this case the 4 people who bought the outfits needed outfits with this specific amount of detail in this specific style. Since I am aware I'm moving in the winx community here and no one is using these designs commercially in any way, I'm keeping it on the hobby side. I'm not making a living of these, it's a hobby for me - just like people who buy them have a hobby of buying adopts for their character's stories. 3.50$ is definitely not too expensive overall, it's not even overpriced for the winx community - but in the end, it's your decision whether you want to buy them or not. I have been selling adopts for 6 years, with price spans from 10 points to 40$, which you'll find are still low prices for some parts of deviantart. I'm keeping it a hobby since I make enough money in the industry, thus "only" gaining 3.50 from these is fine for me - but that's not a reason to throw them out of the window for no money at all 
I hope I explained my reasons understandably, I'm really not trying to be cocky or greedy about this. It just bothers me that artists undercharge their art in the winx community so much, so I hope in case you sell adoptables yourself you'll find out how to price them fairly as well

I understand that when you convert to real money, it's very cheap, no doubt about that. And in no way, I want to diminuish your work. Yes I have adopts myself and normally I ask 10 or 15 points for it.
I know that's low, but I also know how it is to have little points and really wanting something.
Also, I do commissions. For Starlix/Cosmix I charge 40 points. See the difference? That was why I commented that, it's a huge gap. But, it's not your fault, everyone prices their stuff as they wish and I could charge much more.
The reason that I don't is that I use bases. Many think that since bases are used, the price should be low or, like someone once told me, non existing even. Also, since my art is not that great, I don't feel in the right to charge more.
Honestly, the reason why I commented was to see how you would react and the reasons that you would give for your price. Why? Because lately I have been getting people telling me that I ask for too much in my commissions.
Like this others will see that I'm not being unreasonable in my pricing and actually I'm asking the minimum possible.

I'm not upset at all! I'm sorry that others told you your adopts were overpriced. 10-15 points is definitely NOT too much, no matter the skill level! For designs, I think it doesn't matter if its on a base or not, because it's about the actual concept and not about the drawing. For actual character drawings I can see why people would consider twice, since bases are usually open to the public which means that the pose won't be "unique" - however, that should in no way be a reason to give out your art for free. You put a lot of effort into your adopts and if you feel like they should cost more than 40 points, then try to price them at more than 40 points. It might be very frustrating at first if people don't buy it (or tell you it's too much), but the most important part about adopts is that you keep on creating. The more you create, the more you improve so people are more likely to buy things, and also the more you upload (especially to groups), the more people will see your items. The more people see your items, the higher the chance someone is going to buy it!
I also started out with my first adopts pricing them at 10 points for full character designs without base - that was really exhausting for me and also very frustrating, because not everything sold. I slowly worked up my skill and prices until I had a point where I'd sell about 90% of the adopts I posted - then I was stupid and changed accounts, lost most of my watcher base and with them, my rate of sellings dropped. So for the same adopts I created on this account instead of the other, I had to work harder to sell them and had to price them lower. I'm just telling you this because selling adopts on dA is filled with a ton of marketing and sadly is not only about the quality of the adopt itself, but also the environment of the account they come from. So the best way possible is to just keep going, draw the adopts you have fun drawing and price them how you think they should be priced. If they don't sell at first, thats okay - because one day, when you make a really great adopt that DOES sell, you'll be happy you didnt throw it out of the window for free
Don't let anyone tell you you charge too much - I hope that helps!
