Meet Rex! He likes to bash people's heads with his crowbar. He's a character for a private rp C:
His experiences will be based off of my pokemon sapphire trainer a long long time ago and my current trainer in alpha sapphire!
He's a member of the activists for the liberation of all pokemon, whose ideals are based off of a branch of the now dissolved Team Plasma.
And he's the guy in charge of wrassling Kyogre while his friend Devon is in charge of controlling Groudon vuv
