Description
Finally went back to this abandoned house to "try" and get a decent pic of myself.. i think the pic is ok but i look like a gimpAny way i used 2 flashes - SB24 using a 5m sync cord and 580EX(which you can see) with my custom made ETTL-II extenstion cable extended to 5m!
(I'll probably change and upload different sizes to suit the spacing of the front page)

Looks like a good spot for portraits, my slave is even better iv got an optical one
But i bought the wrong sigma ef 300 super of ebay, its for nikon not pentax but thats where the optical slave comes in handy

Aww what slave thingy do you have? is it the one thats triggered by another flash? I kept tripping over the wires hey But i have full control/metering of the Canon flash up to 5 meters away

Yup triggered by another flash, looks like this [link] but it dosent bother me too much i dont think iv ever needed it on the hot shoe

They work surprisingly well, the only problem is that you get some direct flash from the in built, but i made a small cube out of paper to sit over it and that fixes it enough that the direct flash is defused, and enough light reaches the slave.

oh cool.. might have to give them a try. Seen them on eBay and thought they must be useless as some are lesss than $10!
