Description Last ref for a while guys I swear. Making myself upload this because she's been sitting on my desktop for eternity now and already had a redesign, so I'm throwing this here now or I'll never do it :'D

This is Beta, my amphie who I had created a few months ago but I never got the chance to upload with a proper reference. She's a lovely, excitable creature of good intentions and positive outlooks. She stands out from others of her kind since she prefers to live amongst her cousin species, Fooshies (yes she's from the same world as those critters I love them) and has integrated herself into their society. She's even got a job as an assistant to the local library keeper. She loves to explore the waters around the tribe's territory, finding beauty in the world around her. The littlest things in life make her happy.

Her colours make my eyes bleed but I swear they're not unrealistic, I based her off the green tree frog and the scanner likes to completely destroy the nice oranges and yellows I have. She's painfully bright but I ain't changin' it, it suits her.

She's got a Fushpup companion who I'll post in a sec, and the two often go exploring together and are inseparable. My blinding frog-child I love her.

"My blinding frog-child I love her." XD You're not wrong. My first thought was "Gah, my eyes," but like you said, those are realistic colors for those kinds of animals! XD I like her! She's a really cool amphibian character, I feel like that's another type of character I don't see as often. I actually really love the different outfits you designed, they're so unique and lovely. They each stand out from each other... I love the librarian one, wow.

As for a critique... I might study, and even try to copy as exactly as you can, photographs of people dancing. Your character designs are always brilliant, but I feel the more humanoid ones are a bit... cylindrical? I'm not sure how to explain it, exactly... Uh, basically, study the curves of the human body XD

XD She is super bright, it hurts. Ah I'm so glad! There aren't enough amphibious characters in the world. Her outfits were super fun to design, her library uniform is my favourite one too.

Oooh yes that sounds like a good idea, I'll have to try that. They do tend to have the same 'body type' look, don't they? I'll definitely look into that XD

Yeah, now that I'm seeing all of your designs, I realize that people seem to create anthro characters on a few certain types of animals. A shame, really. Just imagine the possibilities! It love it The library uniform almost has an Avatar the Last Airbender feeling to it... I like it!

Yeah... but that's okay, since you recognize the problem. Studying different body types is sure to help!

They do, typically felines and canines (wolves in particular I've noticed). Oh absolutely, nature has so many gorgeous animals that could become amazing characters! Oooh does it? That's super neat!

Absolutely!
