Description
I made this cake for the 2011 Iowa state fair. The gerbera daisies and calla lilies are made out of gumpaste. This was also the first time ever working with satin ice fondant, and I have to say it goes on pretty smooth, but I still like the taste of my homemade fondant better.Result: 4th place in category
