Description
I made this cake for the 2011 Iowa state fair. It is based off the Monster Book of Monsters from Harry Potter. The mouth and tongue are made out of modeling chocolate, the tentacles are made out of brown fondant.Result: 1st place in single tier category

I don't know why but the first glance I thought of was "Army of Darkness" but I was saddened when I also remembered that the book didn't look anything like this one (the cake lol)
