I had this silly little parody idea on the heels of the last Avengers. I thought it would be funny to use the WB shield instead of Capt. America's shield and the rest kind of flowed from there. The Warners were easy matches, but I still needed an Iron Man. Then I remembered Brain's robot suit, and everything clicked. And while Taz is technically Looney Tunes, he was just too perfect to fit with the whole rage/destruction thing the Hulk has going on. Also, they're both Warner Bros., and they kind of go together anyway. There's even plenty of crossover, like "Cutie and the Beast", where [spoiler alert?] Taz is The Beast.Another Superhero Parody that seems relevant:

Animaniacs and Looney Tunes are © Warner Bros. (As if the big WB shield wasn't a dead giveaway.)
Avengers is © Marvel (Which is now owned by Disney, which makes this whole thing kind of ironic.)

I’d be hard pressed at figuring out who from the actual Animaniacs cast to include as Hulk, too. If I absolutely had to stick to the series excluding cameos, I’d probably have ended up at Ralph.

I thought about Flavio the Hippo as "The Incredible Bulk" but I decided he was too obscure a character. The Hip Hippos were like 3rd string or lower on Animaniacs, just above the likes of Minerva Mink or Pip Pumphandle.
