His name is Ruse. He is a mute robot. Also is rather sassy and has slightly feminine tendancies. He is ALL OVER my government notes XD

Thanks to so giving me texturing suggestions. His are a lot better than most my models////////

Not expecting many to use him, but he is up for download to the right if you are interested. I really made him for my own amusment though :3
