Description
This is the sequel to "I'm Sorry" a piece I did a while back! [link] Sorry the descriptions a bit long, but I just had to write it! Hope you guys like it!After the death of Scootaloo, Rainbow Dash couldn't help but feel some how responsible for it. If only she had been faster, if only she had been closer, Scootaloo would still be alive! The nights that followed Scootaloo's death have been nothing but tormenting nightmares for Rainbow Dash, as she relived the horror of Scootaloo's death. The guilt gets to be so painful at times that Rainbow Dash has to hold on to something to keep herself from passing out as her breaths start to quicken, and soon she can't breathe at all. Late one night, just as Rainbow Dash is just about to fall asleep, she grimaces at the thought of the nightmares that await her. Just as she loses consciousness, she is surprised that she isn't brought to a dark gloomy night with the sound of Scootaloo's screams as she falls, but is immediately brought to a field lit by a days light sky, and in the midst of the field is the one who has been the tormentor of Rainbow Dash's dreams. Scootaloo.
Before Rainbow Dash could move, Scootaloo quickly ran over and embraced Rainbow Dash in a tight hug. Rainbow Dash in shock and confusion wrapped a foreleg around the filly hugging her gently. Feeling the warmth of Scootaloo's body pressed against her, she knew that Scootaloo was indeed alive. Rainbow Dash felt her senses come together as the realization of what was going on hit her. She felt her heart drop as she realized it was just a dream. Rainbow Dash,began to let go, but the filly hugged her tighter and she smiled up at her with tears in her eyes as she leaned and whispered in Rainbow Dash's ear, "I forgive you... it's not your fault."
Rainbow Dash felt the sting of tears come to her eyes as she embraced Scootaloo even tighter, hoping the moment would never end, although she could already feel herself begin to awaken to the her dark room. Scootaloo's words were still fresh in Rainbow Dash's mind... "I forgive you... it's not your fault." Rainbow Dash for once felt peace finally begin to seep into her heart and soul, a peace that she had not felt in a long time. Closing her eyes, she fixated a picture of Scootaloo in her mind and quietly whispered back, "Thank you!"

the background is so much better, the mountains are well painted and the thick grass looks better too
the only problem I see with this pic are rainbows legs, Im unsure if thats the right angle they should be, the rest however is pretty good

Thank you so much, I'm glad you like it! And I didn't feel right leaving the story the way it was before, I felt that it was too hard of a blow, so I decided to make a scene in my story where in a small way, RD and Scoots were able to meet and make amends. Even though Scoots won't be coming back at least RD will now have peace.
And I did make a mistake now that I'm looking at this pic, the legs are fairly close to what they're supposed to be in, just that my fluffy style makes it harder to do, and can sometimes seem off proportion. However the real problem that I have here, is that RD's left foreleg is missing... I actually have part of it, but it appears to be her right hind leg, I just forgot to extend it up to her shoulder. XD

So... Scoots lived in Cloudsdale, then, when she jumped out her window? I doubt a fall from any of the buildings in Ponyville would kill a filly.

In my story, she originally falls from a tall tower. I forgot where she lived exactly, so I decided that in my story she lived in a tower like building. Anyway, that's how I wrote it, and I think that overall it turned out to be a good/horrible/sad idea. I mean the way how she died, and why she died was a good logical idea... in a sad way.
Btw, just for the record, I didn't kill Scoots cuz I hate or dislike her, in fact she's my most favorite cmc, and Rainbow Dash my most favorite character, and I thought that this story idea might shed a different light on these two in a good/sad heart warming way.

Scoots isn't my favourite of the CMC, but of all the ponies I'd like to see succeed, I think she's my first choice. I mean, Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle have both displayed obvious talents, but Scootaloo hasn't shown one yet (that "dancing" thing or her scooter don't count). I always feel like she's being cheated by the writing staff somehow.
