Description
In my Transformers fan graphic novel concept "Forever and a Day" the Constructicons are knocking around an organic planet orbiting Alpha Centauri, Earth's nearest stellar neighbor. This is a work in progress, obviously; their combined form resembles their current rocky environment, think the rock monster from Galaxy Quest

For their designs I kind of went crazy with them. Top left is Scavenger, top right is Hook (he's their medic, so he needed an especially kooky design). Bottom row from left to right is Mixmaster, Scrapper (the leader of the group, I made him vaguely Optimus Prime-like) and Long Haul. The missing member of the group is Bonecrusher, whom Optimus pwned in the 2007 movie. Methinks there's some revenge to be had there...

The Constructions are an odd bunch, one of the "combiner" teams from the cartoon. Other continuities and fanfiction have toyed with the concept of gestalts and gestalt bonds to explain how these teams function when combined into one huge robot. I have an idea for this too, and it plays a rather large role in this story
