Sonic had broken though the glass and Shadow collapsed to the floor shaking from the electric impulses that had raged through him only seconds before. Tikal knelt down next to Shadow gathering his unconscious form in her arms. Sonic tried to hold off the invading army of robots as the young echidna cried."Wake up Shadow please, Please wake up!"

Are you keeping the "offical" names his parents have in the comics? Rosemary and Amadeus? I'm probably going to keep his dad's name but think Sadako is a better fit for his mother.

I wanted to give his mum a Japanese name, but not one that is over used. You don't hear Sadako used very much. While Tails only has two tails, his mum, Sadako has three. I was going to give her seven but that might take up a lot of space in pics. I like the idea of Tails being a kitsune and of his mum being one as well.

With a name like Prowler, which sounds kinda English or at least European, I don't think Tails daddy would be Japanese. Maybe kitsunes can be from other cultures but I like them being Japanese or at least finding out there is some Japanese in their heritage. I'm so going to be accused of being a weeaboo now.
