I love this! And there are many reasons for that, and unlike many others I'll tell you WHY I like it. Try to come up with something constructive.
Great dof. The focus is almost perfect, I guess it was one of those moments you don't have time to make a perfect focus. 
The only thing I don't like is the little space between his ear and head in left corner. You could try to crop it away, but maybe then the photo will lose some of it's balance. I don't know.
Anyway, great shot!
