Ohhhh I love those urban adventures you get so close to home. You're at work and you take a different staircase and you find yourself in a slightly different reality.

wow scary!
this reminds me of when me and 3 other people got stuck in a hotel stairs-room for 30min!
we didnt know it was only for emergncy. heck..we just wanted to loose weight. and we didnt dare open the bottom emergency door that led out..."ALARM WILL SOUND WHEN OPEN"
haha.that was such a horrible/panic-y/thrilling/stupidly-funny day

In a way this is really funny. Or not funny like it would make me drop from my chair. I meant that it allowed me to curve my lips to a smile as this reminds me how often I take a wrong turn. And though it'd be a place nobody would've seen me I feel a little ashamed. That's a feeling I get from here. How it's a little embarrassing to take the wrong turn, to go back and try to find the right way. Get philosophical too. Because if you take a wrong turn in life it's, well, not embarrassing but it would require you to go back. Not in time but in your thoughts, think things over again. Yup. But enough of babbling, really like these shots!

Stairs are such wonderful things. They always seem to look awesome. ^.^
Maybe they just look mysterious cuz they're not sure whether they go up or down?

Ok, leave it to me to be the lone dissenter.
I like both of these shots individually. But something about putting them together bugs me, and I'm not sure what it is. It just seems to weaken the composition. I'm far from a composition expert, so I can't explain what I mean really. It just doesn't seem to have as much visual impact as each picture would individually.

I know, very soon after I made it my icon, I realized that I hadn't asked if I could, so I'm actually working on resizing another pic right now to replace it with.

the lines work soo well.
i kind of feel like they would work better if they were seperate photographs
the fact that there is a person in one and not in the other creates an entirely different feeling

nice exposure an as a result great tones captured, the colours look very modern and cold - works well. what WB you use? and about that title, you can't be tired all the time.

thanks i dont even know what the wb is called... it's the one with the little light-bulb photo
... it usually makes everything a blueish tones, most likely for indoor lighting
