You could always do pony versions of your FD characters if you wanted. That might help you get acquainted with drawing them too.
I believe you can do it. I could always try to find a few tutorials for you if you'd like!

I wanted to change to an icon of Honey and when I put a journal up to find someone to commission,
Rosa being the wonderful person she is made me one
You know Rosa also suggested me trying to draw my FD characters as Pony haha XD

Do you think you'd draw any of your FD characters as ponies?
Probably MLP but I suppose looking at horse ones might help for general anatomy.

2 horse and 2 mlp tutorials. I could look for some off of dA if needed. Esp since these are too detailed. (Tbh I just picked the most informative that I could really quickly so it's probably not the best one out there.)
I'm not sure about their designs or colours transferring over well but it's worth a shot!
I've tried drawing Trout before but I wasn't too happy with it so that will have to be done at a later date.
Have you tried with Honey or Siren yet?
