Man my gallery is becoming a total taco fest. Fixing.When was the last time I drew an on model picture of Mack ? And even so, this still isn't on model because he's a teenager in this image.
Those of you who have been watching me for awhile know about Mack and know that he is a necrophiliac ...those of you who are new-ish to watching me and new to Mack he has sex with dead bodies . But where did all of this start? Everything has a starting point, for Mack it started about here.
Mack worked at the local funeral home and he had a crush on the most popular girl in school, he asked her to prom and she shot him down so fast, he was crushed and didn't go to his prom...don't feel too bad for him though, his prom queen was killed in a car crash while driving home drunk, from the prom. Guess which funeral home she got sent too?
And I'm sure she looked very enticing after all the shards of windshield were plucked out of her face.
Needless to say after the dirty deed was done Mack felt a whole slew of confusing things. Shame, Disgust, Regret...but worse of all?...enjoyment.
This is him reflecting on those thoughts.
I've wanted to draw this little snap shot in Mack's life for YEARS! I'm so glad I finally got it out of my head!

haha this is awesome. I like to get a peek into your characters lives and it is interesting to read and see how he felt the first time he banged a corpse. I like the details like the messy hair, the sweat on his shirt and his unbuttoned pants. I like his pose too.

pretty ones are usually never the pervert. John Wayne Gacy, Ed Gain, Altemio Sanchez, Ted Bundy (IMHO). we're all beaten with an ugly stick. even fictional creeps like Mike Myers, Jason Vorhees and Pyramid head (I assume?) we're never pretty.
unless your talking about anime and manga in which case yes, all the pretty ones are perverts- becuase the entire cast is pretty.

I was kind of referring to the prettier people in your cast (in an obviously failed attempt at humor).You can't exactly deny Bella and Richard are both attractive and both... well, damn.

this is true, but it could be said that being attractive leads to this kind of behavior.
and...if you're trying to make a point with that video, I'm not getting it- since anyone who was "not pretty" in that video has to be like 40+ years old. not to mention the Akira it's self is old and wouldn't be applicable to my point since back then it was made with quality.

I'm really happy to see you experimenting in drawing more backgrounds and scenes! I really like Mack so its good to see him again, regardless of how fucked up he is.
I think its weird that no one knew about that, since that was one of the few things I DID know about him xD I like the runny make up, zits and over all teenage gawky-ness of him. I really like the use of textures and composition. Good job!

it IS really weird everyone is so surprised that Mack bones dead bodies...especially since it's the premise for his character.

Oh man, I LOVE this! The lighting looks great, and I love that pose and his eyes. The sweat stains and the running mascara are the perfect touches!
I never knew that about Mack. I mean, I remember you mentioning he was a necrophiliac, but this is what really made it hit me, just by the sheer intensity of this image.

This scene reminds me of the movie "Kissed" a little bit, since they both have to do with necrophilia. As perverse as this may be, it's sort of a weirdly relatable moment. Compared to some of the other biographical details or traits you assign your characters, this feels like a believable snapshot from someone's life.

I'm glad you feel that way! relate-able was what I was going for, real moments aren't pretty and perfectly reacted too their awkward and uncomfortable.

The great thing about this is that even if you didn't write the description, you could still piece together what happened just by the picture itself. Maybe not all of it, but you could certainly guess. And that's a great quality in art!

I'm really creeped out by this, and I mean that in the most flattering way possible. The expression and ragged clothes really say a lot - I can feel the exhaustion just looking at him. Plus the back story is a nice touch.
