That car is awful, the perspective, the car itself. it's like the back wheels are up on blocks, it could be but eh...I never pretended to be great at drawing cars but I have to start somewhere if I'm going to learn.You'd never know from how seldom I draw her but Candy does have a daughter, Beckey .
and I figured it was about time I drew them together where something Beckey put hard work into isn't about to be destroyed . I don't know if most of you know this but Candy does live out of her car, completely of her own choosing since many of her friends have offered her a place to stay. shes much to stubborn and bullheaded to take a hand out and she'd much rather put her money into her car, mission and living expenses instead of a real home. at least for the moment.
so something like this is pretty day to day in Candy and Beckey's life. when you know, mommy's not running around trying to save the future.

Aw man, I just love the composition here. Especially Beckey here. She is absolutely DARLING!
And yeah, cars in general are a pain in the butt to draw. XP My suggestion is to raid Google Images next time you need to draw a car.

I'm enjoying the perspective a lot. Beckey just gets cuter with every year she ages; her glasses and bows are just darling.

Seeing you dive head first into stuff like this is really making me giddy to see where your art will be in the future! Although its already been established that the car is bad, my only crit on it is to maybe reference more cars while you're drawing it. In fact, find a car on that angle, and just change it (like add the tracks on the tires, etc) according to how the car looks in your mind, and just reference that directly. I do that when I practice drawing objects, and also cars as well 
Careful with grass gradients, but we've already discussed this, and I think the basketball should be a little smaller.
I DO really love the the subtle blurring, it works VERY well here, and I really love how well Beckey is drawn, since you were struggling with children before hand! I think we can say that, that issue has been solved, because she is extremely successful!

Oh yea...that was one thing I really wanted to work on this year...when I was a wee thing and could barley draw- I drew EVERYTHING I was fearless! every pose, every angle, every perspective. but some how as I grew I became afraid of doing it "wrong" but I have sense learned that if I ever want to improve I'm going to have to try everything and I needed to get that bravery back to draw scary things like cars and machines, animals and wonky angles...but apparently...it still has it's flaws...especially since I used reference for the car and still fucked it up.
but whatever it's a big improvement from my 3 pronged tetris piece shaped card. but I have since you mentioned it worked on my grasses and I fixed the last one - [link]
I think I'm still having issues with kids...no matter what they always seem to come out creepy.

Ph yes, Beckey has been around since I've had a DA...I just don't really draw her all that often- it brings up too many sad memories.
but I LOVE her so and drawing her and lord knows I need the practice drawing children since all of mine seem to come out bordering creepy.
I'll absolutely consult you the next time I try drawing anything with 4 wheels. this one is a disaster!

Beckey looks really cute as a button! Great concept of her playing with the bug while Candy works on the car. You always put such good moments into your pieces and make them appear lively and dynamic, even with serene moments as this.

This is very cute. Beckey is very adorable, and I like how curious she is about the little bug. xD It's very sweet. The perspective looks okay to me; I particularly like that Candy and her car are blurred to emphasize how far away they are, and the focus is on Beckey and the bug. The attention to detail, colours, and composition are all royally impressive. Excellent work overall!

Okay, I kinda thought it looked like Candy was lifting up the car at first, but perspective aside, it's a cute pic. I think I remember Beckey, but to be honest, I kinda forgot about her until this moment. This is a rather idyllic little scene. Oh, is Candy topless? Neat.
