Mmm here's something naill on the sr oekakis drew- it's a canine leg ref, for a general dog. Just pretty much any dog that isn't weird like a weiner dog or something. [link] that should help with legs a bit. c: Also ear placement is a little off. They need to be smaller, but of course it also depends on what kind of dog you're drawing. THe best advice I have for you is to use photo refs :3

try some realism sketches, they'll help you get the feel of the animal's anatomy

The ear placement IS too big, you're right. It almost seems like a cat's ear more than a canines ear. But it depends on what canine you were trying to draw.
Now I like the pose on the upper right hand corner, but the position of the left foot is weird. It seems as if it's coming out of it's head. As for it looking like a canine, it looks more like a delicate fox. The tail is a bit too bushy.
The one sitting down upper left corner is okay, but the dogs knees go to high. This was the best pic I could find with a small dog sitting.

The paws on the top actually look pretty decent! I can't seem to find anything wrong with them.
Now, for the dog standing. The hind paws go too far inward when naturally they stick out more. For example:
