And finally we have a much needed update to Chel the werewolf!
This is the new and updated look while in her shifted form. She's a bipedal design, a blend between a few different werewolf/anthro styles to get something that really felt suitable to me with a feral look and tail. I feel that I tackled the shoulder anatomy much better than my previous attempt too. Took me quite a bit of tweaking to settle on a physical design I was happy with. Hope this is something that also appeals to the other were-lovers out there :>

I Β have honestly never roleplayed with her, but not opposed to that idea. At the moment I cannot find the time to dedicate to a roleplay though (sad forever) but I appreciate the interest in my character!

CanineHybrid your work inspired me to bring out the side of me that loves to create art. I kept it locked away deep in my heart though because i was ashamed of what people thought of me if i did countine making art in my own way. Seeing your creations/videos on youtube makes me not care about what others think of my artistic side. I would comment on your most recent youtube videos this but my account is messed up so i thats one reason why im typing this comment. To say thank you. I love her innocent expression. She seems timid in a way. I also LOVE how you did her back paws, with one toe kind of splayed out to help balance her weight...such a great attention to detail!

Wow does this take me back :U I remember when I was just starting out, and I redrew the exact same original Chel picture, along with some other ones in your gallery. When I showed them to you, you said you would much rather enjoy seeing original stuff from me. That changes the direction of my art forever. It was only 3 years ago, but it honestly feels like a lifetime.
I've always liked this character; the design as a werewolf is basic enough to be classic, but different enough to have it's own character. I can't remember if this is the one with the sort of "aura ethereal magic-stuff" powers, but I especially enjoyed that idea personally. Also, i think it's interesting how you made her shorter in her were form; mos of the time people make the were forms at least a foot or so bigger, usually more. I think that I prefer the idea of growing as the character transforms, but that your version makes more sense. Werewolves always seem hunched over, and they lose a lot of height in the bend of their legs, so I think it works really well.
It's really encouraging to think about how far I've come over those years, but it's clear you've made a lot of progress too. Fantastic work :3

I gotta say, this is definitely more appealing to see than the previous attempts; it has a very nice blend of werewolf and feral wolf without being over the top. [Totally agree about werewolves needing tails aaaaaaaa] I always did loved the color scheme you gave her; a nice realistic taste. :3 I thought it was super neat how the only time the markings touched each other is the face and that 'v' shaped that's wrapped around her neck. And dem paws. Yes. That is one sexy hand paw you got there Chel. B3
