Description
A commission for some clients in the States of their two wirehaired daschunds.A3 in size, done in acrylic, wcp, cp, black drawing pen and some graphite on fabriano hotpress at 140lbs.
I completed this in March 2006. I have no idea how many hours it took.

Even though they are a different breed, these two remind me very much of two wire coated terrier mix's we had when I was a kid.
Chewie on the left reminds me of our Hyde and Max looks more like our Jeckyll. They were brothers. These two dogs are half brothers. Different ears, ours had terrier button ears but everything else looks very similar from this angle.
