Description
In the siding holding for clearance is a new Santa Fe E-8 diesel, capable of 2500 horsepower from it's 2 16 cylinder power plants.#82 was capable of plenty of tractive effort needed to pull Santa Fe's hi-profile passenger trains along with it's sister "B" unit attached.
It's beautiful warbonnet livery is among the most recognized in the world, still to day.
