Remember this one? [link]I started this nigh on 3 years ago, submitted a few parts of it here and there in the past couple years and never actually finished it. It was a daunting task to me, and so I couldn't face even trying to finish it til now.
*EDIT* March 19th, 2008. Finally finished it. Took me long enough. Been bouncing between projects and not paying attention to this piece much, so I'm glad its finally done.

I think it looks amazing so far. I love the poses and how the image seems to be telling a story. The shading looks great, especially on the cliff.

Thanks! Yeah, actually, I've had this story in my head for like 8 or 9 years now. I fleshed it all out in an outline a couple years ago, and I planned on writing it and painting the covers. This is the cover for book 2. I'm not really sure the books will ever get written, but I'm glad the story is starting to show through in the piece.
