Description I'm gonna be one of the fans that want Pyrrha back to life. However, I always acknowledge that reviving the dead is bullshit. But the least BS way I can think of is having Salem perform necromancy (going to presume she can), resurrect Pyrrha Nikos, instill dark power into her, and make a deadly villain out of her who can summon more lances via dark red portals (same one used by Cinder and Raven) which she can control using her enhanced Semblance. She is faster and stronger than before, but forgoes defense and relies more on strength and range, although she can still perform deceptive feats using her teleportation powers. My current name for this Pyrrha, go figure, is Pyrrha Necros.

She can also summon dark copies of Jaune Arc to serve her (inspired by Cia and her Dark Links from Hyrule Warriors). These clones are initially stronger and more capable fighters than their original counterpart. They can absorb Dust elements, completely embodying the Dust and wielding their elements (albeit one element for each clone). And because of their shields and superior defense, they can more than make up for Necros' own lack of defense should she summon them in battle. Their shields each have a symbol resembling the combination of both Jaune and Pyrrha's emblems (her spear over his crescents).

Now personality-wise, Necros is a complete opposite to Nikos. She is arrogant, harsh, condescending, sadistic, ruthless, vengeful, bloodthirsty, power-hungry, and almost pure evil. I say "almost" because she still retains her love for Jaune but to the point of lust and obsession, strong enough to even resist Salem at times. In Volume 4, I want Jaune to pursue and try to free Pyrrha from Salem's power and bring her back for good, while Pyrrha Necros will try to get Jaune to join her side. I also expect her to express some jealously towards Ruby for "replacing" her among the team. Despite following Salem, Necros' motives are mostly fueled by an accumulation of all her stress and negative emotions buried deep inside her as Nikos. She has a bitter grudge against the world--the way it works, the systems used by the four kingdoms and all its huntsmen and huntresses--blaming it all to be the reason for her separation from Jaune, the only person she genuinely cares for. As such, she wishes to completely destroy the current world and recreate a new one where she and Jaune can be together forever. However, as long as Jaune is still on the opposing side, Necros is not above lashing out against him or engaging him in combat, attempting anything she can to force him into submission. In a sense, she has yandere-like tendencies towards him. Necros would even dismiss her original "destiny" of saving the world, asserting that her only real destiny must be to be with Jaune forever. So although her love for Jaune is her driving force, it is also the only source of light in her heart that continues to prevent her from being completely wrapped in darkness; henceforth it is a force even Salem cannot conquer. (Yeah I know, power of love, cheesy, don't normally use it, but Jaune and Pyrrha is an exception for me; it just has a special place in my heart for reasons.) Of course, the chances of me getting what I want in a series has always been painfully low but hey, gotta pour these ideas out somewhere and this looks as good a place as any.Β

As for her appearance here, yes, her attire is much bolder and more revealing, with black sickled motifs everywhere. Her hair is jagged too and has black highlights. Those diamond shaped patterns on her trousers are holes inspired by Ghirahim from Zelda: Skyward Sword. She has dark tattoos on her arms, neck, and abdoment; she wears eye make-up and black earrings; wears a black crown; has sharp canines, and a long tongue (I have my fetish). Her boots expose her knees which have her emblem. Her spears are longer and have bigger-wedges at the end; they are more dangerous than her usual Milo.

Now, reviving a dead character that I like is only one of the reasons for all this. Other reasons include:
1. Incomplete teams are just hard for me to look at sometimes, even if Ruby's with the rest of JNPR.
2. If Volume 4 is indeed starring Ruby and JN_R for the most part, an evil Pyrrha could make for a fitting antagonist.
3. Pyrrha has always been so renowned for her power and skills among her generation that I'd love to see just how threatening she can be as a villain given some enhancements.
4. If Jaune does continue to train and become stronger, him vs Pyrrha would be called for. If he can defeat Pyrrha and even purify her (and bring her back for good), then that could be a great testament to his growth and development as both a fighter and a character.

OK, OK.

This is a genius idea. Zombie!Pyrrha (as I call her) could be a truly epic villain, for several reasons:

1. Pyrrha was imagined as a paragon. A person who would fight for good. Seeing her transformed into a force of evil was like, Chad from KND being evil. It isn't just a good guy going bad, but a horrific tragedy.

2. Zombie! Pyrrha being vicious in her desires for Jaune represents Pyrrha's repressed id: Pyrrha always wanted more in her lonely life, but lacked the assertion to be able to get it. Zombie!Pyrrha is someone who just takes, and never asks or cares.Β

3. Zombie!Pyrrha would be an excellent villain for team RNJR. I mean, for Jaune, Zombie!Pyrrha is a Faustian bargain in human form. Potentially, Salem could tempt Jaune, offering him Zombie!Pyrrha, in exchange for servitude. Jaune's test is rising above this temptation, to get the real Pyrrha back.

Anyways, good job. Β

I remember watching The Rock. It, along with the 2007 Transformers movie, are the only two Michael Bay movies I've genuinely enjoyed and it is disappointing that Bay hasn't done more things like the RockΒ

Hummel was surprisingly humane villain for a film made by Michael Bay: he is a victim of a deep state and he wants what is owed to him and others.

However, the film also shows the slippery slope of terrorism: if you engage the act, you enable others to do the same. And they might care less about the collateral damage you inflict.

Pyrrha could definitely be right. Be she could also lose some of her soul working for the likes of Raven and Cinder, two characters without concern for anything but themselves.

Jaune might agree with her, but also point out she has harmed more people then those who have harmed her and how she is no different then the corrupt officials.Β

Enough time with Cinder, and Pyrrha could easily become like her: an empty nothing of a woman who murders other for personal gain.Β

Or Pyrrha could end up like Raven, someone who prioritizes her own survival above the well-being of others.

And it wouldn't be hard for them to push Pyrrha. Off the battlefield, Pyrrha is a bit of a doormat in her private life. Pyrrha is only as good as the company around her permits her to be.

Cinder and Raven could feed enough half-truths and distortions as Pyrrha to make them as selfish as them.Β

Jaune: Why are doing this?

Pyrrha: The weak die and the strong survive.

Well, how does the whole "revive Pyrrha and turn her into your loyal minion" thing work? Does Salem's necromancy automatically corrupt Pyrrha (except for her love of Jaune), or is Pyrrha mentally vulnerable after being revived, and Salem manipulates her through a pretense of concern?

Remember, that Salem's gang, like all evil organizations, is run like a medieval court, and her minions are basically nobles jockeying for her favor. It is possible that Cinder and Raven both see a zombie Pyrrha, a prodigy, as a threat to their privileged positions.

While nominally fighting for the same master, they would still find ways to manipulate and sabotage Pyrrha to make her look like a fool, being mostly loyal to themselves. If they behave nice to Pyrrha

Tyrian seems to be genuinely loyal to Salem. His main concern about Pyrrha would be Pyrrha's loyalty. Hazel's only baggage is his grudge against Ozpin, so his concern for Pyrrha is whether Pyrrha is an excessively violent monster.Β

As stated, if Pyrrha is a vulnerable person surrounded by awful and manipulative souls, it is possible she could become just as manipulative as them in order to adapt, especially if they are trying to sabotage her. Hell, she could become so crafty, she might become the tail that wags the dog, and ends up using everyone for her goal of a "perfect world with Jaune and herself". Even Salem becomes outsmarted.Β

Well...

Salem's whole...thing is one giant vendetta against Ozpin. This vendetta includes keeping humanity weak and eventually driving humans to destroy one another, in order to finally break Ozpin for good.Β

Salem could easily use Pyrrha's ambitions of a "perfect world" toward that end.Β

Remember, Salem started out as an idealistic young woman, but was pretty much corrupted by her own belief in what she felt was good for others. Seeing one of his own pupils going down the same wretched path would be a brutal blow to Ozpin.Β

Whether or not that "perfect world" could be achieved by Pyrrha going all Hobbes is...irrelevant to Salem, who seeks merely to destroy Ozpin.Β

If Pyrrha's actions plunge the world into unending madness, Ozpin would be driven into despair. If Pyrrha's actions do succeed in creating a better world (under an iron heel), that would also challenge Ozpin's beliefs. Humanity uniting because of someone's book on their neck rather then through cooperation would rattle Ozpin.Β

In any event, Pyrrha's belief in her cause could make even MORE ruthless then Raven or Cinder.Β

And Jaune would not stand for Pyrrha becoming as bad as Salem, perfect world or not.Β

Well...

It really depends on how awful Pyrrha's actions were. If she's hurt or killed enough people, she might...deserve the black site. Even Ironwood, who might be sympathetic, can't save her.Β

If her crimes don't extend beyond things like property and assault, then she isn't in as much of a pickle. Β

In any case, Pyrrha would have to do one thing to get back from the brink: walk with her head high and accept responsibility for what she did. Prove she isn't like Salem, and that she'll acknowledge her flaws.Β

In the "redeemable" criminal scenario, I picture Pyrrha working for the Huntresses to pay her debt to society., but also distancing herself from Jaune, believing that she was weak and Jaune needs a stronger person in his life.

In the "crossed horrific lines" scenario, I can imagine your "chambered round" scenario.Β

"Service With A Smile" which features Jaune opening a "Starbucks-type" cafΓ© in Vale. Bizarrely enough, he becomes more powerful as a barista than he would've been as a huntsman. Features Cinder as a dog owner, and thirsty Pyrrha.

Getting back to our discussion, let us see what could become of Evil!Pyrrha.

* Consumed by her desire for Jaune and her twisted desire to help others.Β
* Enthralled to Salem and her manipulative tactics.
* Manipulated and corrupted by being in the presence of jerks like Salem and Cinder.
* Possibly ending up in a fight with Jaune over the means to an end.
* Doing acts so despicable, many others write her off as irredeemable.
* Pyrrha finally pushing away Salem after seeing the consequences of her actions.
* Jaune and Pyrrha slowly working to repay their debt society.Β

I can definitely picture Cinder doing that. Aside from wanting to manipulate Pyrrha into attacking her friends, Cinder probably resents Pyrrha as competition for Salem's favor, and would take every opportunity to belittle and annoy her

Raven, Social Darwinist jerkass to the core, would also look down at Pyrrha, seeing her as a weak and coddled girl. She would insinuate that Jaune doesn't want a "weak little bitch" like her. And that if she wants something, she'll have to fight for it.

Perhaps Pyrrha is also fed up with the corruption of Atlas, the discrimination of Faunus, and the oppression caused by SDC, and she wants to bring all those things crashing down. Maybe Pyrrha wants to create a world of total equality. Perhaps Salem manipulates her into thinking that HER plans will do just that.

I think Pyrrha declaring war on Atlas would be a good PR tool for Salem against Ozpin. She could argue that Ozpin's teachings turned a top student into a wretched outlaw.Β

I can picture some police officers using Jaune's calls as a way to track Pyrrha. They would monitor him instead of arresting him. In desperation, they could try and blackmail Jaune into helping them catch Pyrrha.Β

I can also picture Tyrian actually reassuring Pyrrha, in his own creepy way, as she becomes increasingly vicious and cold. Watts' relationship with Pyrrha depends on the latter's professionalism: Watts considers himself to be a professional, and he'll like Pyrrha if she doesn't put ago above the plan.Β

When you say "literal truth" are you saying that Salem plans to destroy Remnant no matter what? And by "everyone being equal" your saying that Salem will spare no one in her attack?

I think the power of propaganda is a bit oversold. You can say whatever you want, but if your words don't match your actions, is it not going to work. All good propaganda has a foundation of truth.

Uh, if Pyrrha was causing massive destruction, it would directly concern any government, no matter how nasty the SDC is. Even Ironwood would most likely put Jaune in an untenable position, because Pyrrha is endangering public safety.Β

What you could see in the various kingdoms is all kinds of security theater done. The excuse is "national security". The motive is "political crackdown." You have civil liberties eroded, dissidents locked up as "traitors", police surveillance, police militarization, which leads to more Eric Garner-style incidents of police corruption.

Pyrrha could use all this to prove that the governments she hates aren't much better than her. In some cases, they might worse. She does what she does for a "better world" while the people in power want to protect themselves.

Jaune might agree, but he'll point out she could become something worse.Β
