I know that in this AU it was Foxy/Mangle or something causing the bite, but the animatronics that really did the bite in reality, Β in '83 it was Fredbear. Which was the kid in FNaF 4. But nobody knows who did the bite of '87. I'm thinking it was Foxy, since of all the teeth he had and the '87 clips.

How was it Mangle? FNAF 4 shows that it was Fredbear. Before you say anything this game does not take place in 1983. There is a lot of evidence that proves this game takes place in 1987.
First of all in the Night 1 mini game you see Mangle in a room completely in peices.
Second is the background noises. While playing the game there are times when you'll hear a muffled sound that sounds like someone is talking. If you play that sound backwards it turns out to be Phone Guy's message in FNAF 1 Night 1. We all know that's when Phone Guy mentions the Bite of '87.
