I had something like that, but there was a wire on my head going from temple to temple that kept me from popping them back in. I had to squeeze them between mu skull and the wire until they popped into the socket. I went blind because of the damage.

Hmm...Well to dream of having something in your eye means their are obstacles in your path in life, or that your are extremely of yourself or others. As for spiders, they means a few things, spiders on their own mean either an overbearing female force in your life. If you are male and dream of spiders, it means you're trying to resist a powerful temptation. If they had been webs in your dreams, it means you feel trapped in something.
