"He carries the fate of Middle- Earth..." you look at Gandalf, "Let us hope that the task can be completed." you turn and begin to walk away.

You had arrived in travel wear to make the journey easier; going to your escort you took your supplies from your horse and sent him back to with the escort. You just put your quiver on when you hear a voice behind you. "Gwannas lu and." you smile recognizing it. "Yes Legolas..." you turn around while you put your bow over your head, the string holding it snug to your body, "it truly has been." Legolas smiles.

"How is your father?" you ask. "He is well...but the Greenwood has become sick...people call it Mirkwood now." Legolas replies, "Spiders are spawning in the ruin of Dol Guldor and making nests throughout the forest." Your expression saddens, "It has been a long time since I have seen the forest. I remember it clearly..." you smiled at him, "The trees tall with green leaves...the wind rustling through them making it seem alive...the Sun shining through the branches...small creatures scurrying along the forest floor. Watching the seasons change...everything coming alive with the bright colors of Autumn...the snow of Winter covering the forest floor...and the branches covered in frost...glistening in the sunlight."

"Lady (Y/n)..." said another familiar voice bringing you back from your memories. "Aragorn..." you bow your head slightly to the heir of Gondor. "Legolas...may I have a moment with Lady (Y/n)?" Legolas smiles before turning and taking his leave.

"Are you sure you want to come with us? It will be dangerous." he says. Picking up the belt with your sword you wrapped it around your waist, "Why is it that everybody asks me that?" you say buckling the belt, "Just because I am a woman does not mean I cannot help secure Middle- Earths fate." you look at Aragorn. "Iston..." he started, "Avo drasto Aragorn." you say before he could continue.

Looking over his shoulder you see Arwen, "Prepare everyone to leave...I will be with you shortly." you say before walking to Arwen. "Lady Arwen." you bow your head slightly, "May I have a moment?" giving you a nod she led you away from the others. "Geheno nin..." when you are far enough away, Arwen stopped and looked at you. "Aragorn has a strong heart and mind...but there is still a chance the Ring may over power him." Arwen looked down. "Iston." she sounded on the verge of tears. "Av- 'osto..." you put your hand on her shoulder, "I will do everything in my power to keep that from happening...I swear" Arwen looked up at you. She smiled softly, "Le athae." she sounded relieved.

"(Y/n)...tolo." you hear Legolas call. "Boe i 'waen." you say bowing your head before returning to the fellowship. "Galu." Arwen says softly as the Fellowship walked through the gates.

So it began, the journey that would decide the fate of Middle- Earth.
