Description
I've learned Go recently, and I could not resist - quickly sketched while TA-ing today. I at least maintain the willpower not to make a full strip about it - temporarily uploaded to scraps so a buddy can see it.Related content

Not knowing how to play Go at all, thats the first thing I thought of when I saw the first panel
In any case Max would never be one to not let his opinion on something be known anyway

That is the funniest Go-related gag I have seen since my "attach at 3-3" gag I did for my Go-club mates here. Funny thing is, everyone is thinking it but no one drew it. One day I may have to do that during one of my club meetings.
Important note about this piece:
If this was 17th century Japan, Max would've gotten his head lopped off for "kibitzing" (pointing out moves on the board during the middle of a game right in front of the players) What he is doing is usually frowned on in the Go playing circles as a sign of disrespect. Silent observation is usually the method UNLESS the player asked the observer for opinion and both players are in agreement. but this is comics, there are no rules!^^
Lovin this piece to death!

I knew this would come up! Should have put something in the piece description:
Even Max would not speak out of turn at a Go game, but here Cache is just learning and both her and Lan agreed before the match that Max should point out anything of note.
More importantly, glad you like the gag! But what is this "attach at 3-3" humour of which you speak?
