Our medicine cat of RiverClan. I have never drawn Orangebrook before, so this was fun.

Orangebrooke is almost an elder and he has never taken an apprentice in his career as a medicine cat... that is until Mosswhisker found a kit she named Waterkit. Waterpaw became his apprentice as a favor to Swiftstar, but he ends up becoming very attached to the grey kit. Later though, after Waterpaw is given a message from StarClan to gather the special four, she is lost in the mountains... Presumed to be dead.
Orangebrook is very distressed by this event, but has to go on living. He decides that there must be an apprentice because he cannot live forever, so he chooses Lakepaw. Lakepaw is a feisty she-cat with a knack for battle, but she agrees to take the life of a medicine cat because she feels the presence of StarClan with her all the time.
Orangebrook has his paws full with this fiery young cat, but he wouldn't have it any other way. He still misses his first apprentice, but he hopes to meet her in StarClan when he makes his journey to the stars.
