Description
Ringkit, Marshkit and Sablekit were born pure to their clan. Their full blood is their pride in the case of the brothers: Ring and Marsh, but the undoing of the sister: Sable.Little did any cat of ShadowClan know that the rash leader, Halfstar, had chosen the beautiful creamy brown she-cat as his mate and deputy even before she was apprenticed. Well, the apprenticeship is over now and Sableheart is expected to follow the path set out for her...
Ringpaw was made a warrior alongside his sister. Sableheart was named too early for her skill, but that is not the case with Ringleg. Marshpaw watched in disappointment as his two siblings became warriors while he did not...
ShadowClan is overtaken by a dark force, but Sableheart beleives she knows the answer to their problems. She forms a spoken treaty with a she-cat long since kicked out of ShadowClan: Slate. Slate has a deep vendetta against Halfstar and wants to see him dead. Is Slate's alliance of discarded warriors and rogues a blessing? Or could it turn out to be a curse?
Ringleg stands on the sidelines in observation. What goes on in his brilliant mind is a mystery to all, even his siblings.
Is Marshpaw the only one untouched by some sort of grave duty? Soon he will become Marshwhisker and he will gain the responsibility of a warrior as well...
The three are main coon cats. Ringleg being the dark striped one, Marshwhisker being the handsome white pelted tom and Sableheart being the pretty little she-cat in the back. ^_^

I think this is the only time you ever drew Marshwhisker lol. ^^ I was looking at him and Ravencall to get a better idea of Charred's face shape and just kind of noticed.

Yep, only once lol. He was supposed to be more prominent in the story, but he turned out to be a minor character. He is a pure white main coon. ^^

Thanks! I'm going to do something a bit different with this Charredcliff piece I'm drawing up... But i really should finish coloring in Watermist, too. XP (I'm close to that, just one more to color and then shading and tone stuff is needed)

No, it is only at StarClanCats. If someone copied it, well that tends to happen when I post long descriptions or stories... If it is just really similar, I imagine stories will overlap here and there from different writers.

Beautiful artwork, and it looks like a good story, but how is Sableheart supposed to be a deputy and someone's mate(a queen, eventually)? Isn't that against the warrior code? For females anyway? Doesn't seem to be a problem for Graystripe, Firestar, and Brambleclaw. Or Crowfeather's mom over in Windclan.. Um, forget I said this, Bluestar must have been clawing up the wrong tree when she gave her kits up.

Halfstar is all about going against the warrior code. That's what he wants; to make it more like a monarchy than a clan. He is the king and Sableheart is the queen. ^_~
